Start your engines ladies and gentleman because on Thursday March 11, 2010 the official ‘Fast Cars, Fast Women Art Exhibition’ will be held at Nick Theodossi Prestige Cars Showroom and will be event managed by one of Melbourne’s most prevailing
Event Management companies; Fullcircle Management.
The recently renovated No...rth Melbourne Showroom has the largest selection of luxury model cars and will play host to the Fast Cars, Fast Women’s exhibition. Artwork will be auctioned off on the night which will see funds raised for the Sunrise Foundation – headed by former AFL great Wayne Schwass. “Events such as this allow The Sunrise Foundation to build greater awareness of the Mental Health problems experienced by young people, that’s why we are proud to have an association with Nick Theodossi and his team.” Wayne Schwass – Founder and CEO of the Sunrise Foundation
The Artist - Deborah Dickson has been painting full time since 2002. Since then she has been involved in many shows and has had numerous commissions. And, with the Grand Prix just around the corner, the idea of holding the exhibition in this prestigious showroom with a percentage of sales to benefit the Sunrise Foundation couldn’t be more appropriate. Hence the idea for" Fast Cars Fast Women" was conceived.
Deborah's paintings are influenced by the wonderful world of fashion and the beautiful women that influence our thoughts of what beauty means.
Jaron Dickson (Deborah’s son) is currently studying his final year of Industrial Design at Monash University and will be showcasing some of his fine work as well. His interest in transport has lead him to paint a collection of histories Iconic cars in aerosol media.
Compared by football legend, Michael Roberts, the evening will commence at 6.30pm taking place at Nick Theodossi Prestige Cars - 185 Arden Street, North Melbourne and will see guests entertained by The Gentleman’s Swing Club and an exciting display and beautifully inspired menus from Beauty & The Feast will be on offer for those that are hungry.
The event will be a celebration with family, friends and some of Nick’s most valued customers.
